Antes de lavarte el pelo, aplícate en las puntas aceite de oliva virgen extra y espera veinte minutos, aclara con agua y lava el pelo de forma normal.

Para prevenir/ To prevent:

- Pon al lado de tu cama, medio limon con clavos(especias)

 Don't wear loud colours or strong-smelling perfums, these attract the insects.

- Aplicar hielo sobre la picadura para que no se extendienda el veneno

Cómo pintarse las uñas correctamente/ How to paint nails in the right way

En 5 pasos las conseguirás/ In five steps you'll get them!

1: Capa transaparente.

Transparent layer.

2: Pinta el centro de la uña

Paint the centre of the nail

3: Pinta un lateral de la uñas sin llegar al dedo

Paint one side of the nail

4: Pinta el otro

Paint the other side

5: Cuando estén secas da otra capa  de esmalte y otra transparente.

When they'll be dry, apply another layer of nailpolish and the last ransparent layer.

Manicura francesa/ French manicure

- Prepara las uñas, con una capa de base , limadas y limpias.

Get ready the nails, with a layer transparent, filed and clean.

- Da un capa de esmalte rosa, coral o el color que venga, yo recomiendo el pack de Bourjois, es muy bueno.

 Give a layer of pink polish or of the color you haver, I recommend the Bourjois pack of french manicure, it's really good.

- Con el pincel que trae el esmalte blanco podremos pintar con facilidad, pero si no es así, venden unas tiras para ponerlas al rededor y pipntar sin salirnos.

With the brush of the white polish, we'll be able to paint the nails easyly, but if you haven't got it, sold some

stickers for nails that will help you.

- Una vez secas, aplica otra capa the esmalte transparente.

When they'll be dry, apply athe last layer of transparent polish.

Manicura básica/ Basic manicure

Las uñas más bonitas, sin contar con la moda ni nada, son las largas, pero no demasiado, como en la siguiente foto, este tutotial es para conseguirlas.
The most beautiful nails, without depnding on fashion or something like that, are the long ones, but not too much, as in the next photo.

- Límalas en forma cuadrada, crecerán mejor y más fuertes.

- File them in squared shape, they'll grow better and stronger.

- Lávalas arañando una pastilla de jabón.

Clean them scratching a cake of soap.

- Antes de pintártelas, da una capa endurecedora, 

que suelen ser los esmaltes transparentes para entendernos mejor ;)

Befor paint them, apply a layer of transparent polish for strengthening them.

Cuidado para manos y uñas/ Look after your hands and nails

No es tan difícil conseguir unas manos bonitas, pero se necesita constancia. Se convertirá en un buen hábito.
It's not so difficult to get beautiful hands, but it's needed perseverance. It'll become in a good habit.

Manos/Hands

- No las expongas a temperaturas extremas.

Don't expose them to extreme temperatures.

- Hidrátalas todo lo que puedas.

Moisturize them every time you can.

Uñas/Nails

-No las cortes con tijeras. Usa un corta-uñas.

Don't cut them with nail scissors. Use nail clippers.

- Córtalas y límalas una vez cada dos semanas, depende del crecimiento de tus uñas.

Cut and file them once each two weeks, it depends on the growing of your nails.

- Si te las pintas, deja un espacio de uno o dos días para que tus uñas respiren y no se maltraten tanto.

                                                                             If you paint them, stay  one or two days 

                                                                                 without the polish to not damage them too.

Cara de porcelana- Porcelain face

Cada año, cada siglo, hay una moda distinta, este, nos tocan las pieles pálidas aunque las pieles mixtas tampoco se excluyen. Unos ejemplos de las tonalidades de moda:

Each year, each century, there's a new fashion, in this one, They're the pale skin but the mixed skin isn't excluded. A few examples of the trendy shades:

PALE SKIN:

Para una piel de porcelana: For a porcelain face:

Cara: Face:

Mezcla una cucharada de miel con yogurt natural y aplicatelo por toda la cara durante diez o quince minutos. Retira con agua tibia. Dos o tres veces por semana.

Mixed a spoon of honey and a natural yogurt and apply on the face for ten o fifteen minutes. Clean the face with warm water. Do this twice o three times a week.

Cuerpo- Body :

Es más complicado, pues es una zona mucho más grande que la cara, yo recomiendo aplicarse por la mañana y por la noche crema hidratante de Nivea,( la del tarrito azul), dando una capa gruesa.

Si no os funciona venden unas cremas aclarantes, de Nivea o Garnier pero no os aseguro el triunfo.

A parte, en invierno aplicate crema con protector solar de 20 o 30 tres veces, a parte de por la mañana y por la noche.

En verano, no te expongas al sol entre las 12:00 a.m y las 16:00 , ESTO PARA TODO EL MUNDO.

Y usa protector 40 o 50, aunque sino te expones mucho, con un factor 30 te bastará. Aplícalo cada dos o tres horas.

Para las pieles mixtas recomiendo lo mismo, la receta del yogurt tambien pues funciona de igual manera.

It's more complicated, because is a bigger area than the face, I recommend to apply in the mornings and nights a thick layer of moisturizing cream- Nivea( blue little jar).

If it doesn't work, you can buy lightening creams, like the Nivea or Garnier ones but I can't assure you the victory. ;S

Then, in winter, apply sunscreen factor 20 or 30 three more times, not including the morning and night  ones.

In summer, don0t expose yourself to the sun beetwen the 12:00 a.m and 16:00, THIS IS FOR EVERYONE!

Use sunscreen factor 40 or 50, but if you don't sunbathe a lot can use a sunscreen factor 30. Apply every two or three houres.

For mixed skins I recommend the same things, the recipe of yogurt work as well as in the pale skins.

Llega el calor y nos empezamos a plantear un nuevo corte de pelo, largo, corto, muy corto, medio...
No te compliques, sólo llévalo como mejor te queda y en los próximos tips verás como hacerte con él.

Se caracteriza por tener las mismas dimensiones desde la frnete hasta la barbilla, y desde un pómulo al otro.

1º Aplica cacao y polvos como en los labios nude.

2º Con tus dedos aplica el pintalabios con toques.

4º aplica mas polvos beige

5º Otra capa de pintalabios

1º Apply lip balm and powders (like in nude lips)

2º Apply the red lipstick with your fingers.

3º Close and open your mouth once.

1º Hazte un coleta alta- make a high ponytail
2º carda toda la coleta- tease all the ponytail.
3º Hazte un moño rapido, sin penswr- make the topknot quickly, hasty.

Labios secos/ Dry lips

Consejos para labios secos.

Tips for dry lips

         

 - No humedezcas tus labios con la saliva. Eso los empeora.

- Usa todos los días cacao.

- Por la noche, aplícate una capa de miel en los labios. Por la mañana, lávate la cara y usa la vaselina.

- No uses muchos pintalabios, y si los usas, acuérdate de desmaquillarte y darte protector labial.

- Don't wet your lips with your spittle. It makes them worse.

- Use evereday lip balm.

- At night, apply a layer of honey on yor lips. In the morning, wash your face and use lip balm.

- Don't use too many lipsticks, and if you do it, remember to  remove your makeup and then apply lip balm.

                                     

Moño de moda para pelo largo/ Top kont for long hair.

Primero, cepillate el pelo y hazte una coleta muy alta.

Después, vuelve a cepillar la coleta y enrollala sobre si misma.

Pon unas horquillas alrededor del moño y listo!

Recuerda que no tiene que ser perfecto, es mejor despeinado y no muy tirante. :)

First, comb your hair and get a high ponytail.
Then comb the ponytail again and roll up on itself.
Put some hairpins around the bun and that's it!
You don't need to get a perfect bun, it's better a messy and not verytight top knot :)

El moño de moda para pelo corto/ Topknot for short hair

¡Hola! Hoy os voy a mostrar cómo haceros un moño alto (top knot) para pelo corto. 

Primero, aclaremos lo de pelo corto: se considera pelo corto el que pasa solamente unos centimetros del hombro hasta el mítico bob, en mi caso, tengo un long bob.

Hi! Today I'm going to show you how to get a top knot for short hair.

First, I have to explain the measure to have short hair: is considered short hair when you've got hair by the shoulders until the mytic bob haircut.

Bien, dicho esto, empecemos!

Well, having said thatm let's start!

1º: Cepilla el pelo en esta posición:

1st: Comb your hair in this possition:

2º: Hazte una coleta.

2nd: Get a ponytail.

*Una cosa: no importa que se salgan algunos pelos de la coleta

* One thing: it doesn't matter that some hairs get out of the ponytail

3º: Carda la coleta mucho.

3rd: Tease the ponytail.

4º: Recoge todo el pelo y voletala alrededor de la coleta.

4th: Put your hair into the bun. ( Like this)

5º: Para terminar, recoge los pelos de la nuca con horquillas parecidas al color de tu pelo.

5th: For finish, hold your shorter hairs from the nape with some hairpins.

** Fija el pelo con laca para un moño más duradero.

     No hagas el moño demasiado alto, hazlo según el largo del pelo pero siempre bastante alto.

     Pon las horquillas justas y necesarias, como mucho, cuatro horquilas.

**Apply hairspray for a long-lasting top knot.

   Don't make the bun too high, get it according to the measure of your hair, but as high as possible.

   Put the necessary hairpins, maximum four hairpins.

How to : Jeans into shorts :)

Sólo necesitamos una regla, unos pantalones y unas tijeras.

Estos son mis shorts.

We only need a rule, a pair of jeans (or trousers) and a pair of scissors.

These are my shorts .

Primero, corta los pantalones por la rodilla.

Luego, mide con la regla la distancia entre la cintura de los vaqueros hasta la pierna de éstos.

Elige tu medida favorita y córtalo lo más recto posible !

Por último, da una vuelta a los bajos del pantalón una o dos veces, como más te guste.

First, cut the trousers by the knee
Then, measure with the ruler the distance between the jeans' waist and its leg. 

Choose your favorite measure and cut it as straight as possible.
Finally, turn the jeans' leg once or twice, as you prefer.
